fertilityPATH is an information and personal-coaching service for people navigating fertility care. It comprises an independent directory of UK fertility clinics, doctors, and treatments, and a patient app whose central feature is PATH — an AI companion that helps you make sense of your situation, your numbers, and your options.
fertilityPATH is not a medical service. PATH is not a clinician. Nothing on this site or in the app constitutes a clinical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment recommendation.
fertilityPATH provides general information about fertility — not medical advice. PATH can help you understand your situation, prepare questions for your clinic, and explore evidence — but cannot make clinical decisions on your behalf.
Always consult your fertility specialist or another qualified clinician for decisions about your care. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.
Information in our directory and library is drawn from public regulatory data (HFEA), clinic-published profiles, peer-reviewed literature, and our own analysis. We make every reasonable effort to keep it accurate, but rankings, success rates, prices, and clinical guidance change over time.
The patient app is offered as a paid subscription with a 3-day free trial on signup. No payment method is required to start the trial.
After the trial, the price is €20/month (beta promotional price) or €50/month (standard price), depending on which is active when you subscribe. The active price is displayed on /pricing and at Stripe Checkout.
You can cancel at any time from /account/subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we do not pro-rate.
If you cancel and later resubscribe, you'll be charged the active price at the time of resubscription — not your original price.
Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We will notify you at least 14 days in advance, by email to the address on your account, before any price change takes effect for you.
You can cancel at any time before the new price takes effect with no further charge beyond the current billing period.
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Provide accurate information at signup and during onboarding. PATH's responses are personalised based on what you tell it; inaccurate information leads to less useful guidance.
Notify us promptly at info@fertilitypath.app if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Don't attempt to extract other users' data or content.
Don't reverse-engineer the agent or attempt to manipulate it into producing unsafe medical advice.
Don't use the service for any purpose other than your own fertility-care navigation, or that of someone you are supporting with their explicit consent.
Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or is unlawful.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue before doing so.
Content you provide — chat messages, uploaded documents, notes — remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.
Our product, branding, library articles, directory analysis, codebase, and underlying systems are ours (or our licensors'). You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from them without our written permission.
Where we cite third-party sources (HFEA, ESHRE, NICE, etc.), those sources retain their own copyright; we link to and quote them under fair-dealing principles.
Subject to the medical-information boundary above and to applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability we are not permitted to exclude or limit by law — including, in particular, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You acknowledge that fertilityPATH is not a substitute for clinical care, and that decisions about your fertility treatment are yours and your clinician's. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. "Non-exclusive" means you can also bring proceedings in your country of residence if local consumer-protection law gives you that right.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes — anything that affects your rights or our obligations in a meaningful way — will be communicated by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel before they take effect.
Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications) may be made without notice.
